- Displayed prices are approximate and may vary by quantity, distance, and delivery location.
- Payment terms and delivery schedule are agreed upon confirming each order.
- Online direct payments are not currently accepted through the website.
4. Cancellation and Modification
- Orders may be cancelled or modified before the delivery date by coordinating directly with our team.
- Recurring contracts and large quantities are subject to special terms agreed upon in the contract.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and suitable location for receiving and offloading the diesel shipment.
- Ensure tanks and receiving equipment comply with safety requirements.
- Notify the company immediately in case of any issue with receipt or shipment quality.

Nasamat Aljanoub is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government decisions, or unexpected technical failures.
